Abir's Casbah can certainly offer the best in Middle Eastern Dance performance because we work with the Best in the Business!! As mentioned on our home page, we work with gorgeous and talented dancers in Calgary and surrounding area, also have contacts in other cities, provinces, and even other Countries if need be.... We specialize in sending a dancer, duet or group, who will be a perfect match for your soiree, from home parties, weddings to conventions. We also send out fabulous instructors for your theme party to teach Belly dance for ladies parties (such as ladies night out, Bridal showers etc) This can also be for mixed parties ...SO much fun!!! Please note, we do NOT send dancers or Instructors to gentlemen parties. Do not even ask.... All of the dancers we contract have studied intensively, have a lot of experience in public performance and have beautiful and authentic costuming. We just do not have enough room on this website for all of their lovely pictures. Abir's Casbah has been referring dancers for over 7 years and will be pleased to discuss with you your upcoming event and ensure you get the dancer (or dancers) that will be perfect for your event. If you are just "Price Checking", we have listed our minimum
rates below. ê *Full Show 20-25 Minute Performance - $225.00 *Bellygram 7-9 minute Performance - $150.00 *Restaurant Show - Same as above unless contracted a minimum of 4 shows a month $75.00 *Instructor Fee - $100.00 per hour The instructor shows up dressed as she does when teaching a class. if you want a performance in full costume as well, the performance fee of either full or bellygram (depending on what you choose) will be an additional cost. *Troupe performances- This will be dealt with by the director of whichever troupe you contract, and what type of show you require, I would estimate at least every member of the troupe should receive the Full Show rate. *New Year's Eve- Show fees double *Out of town shows- Mileage of .55 per kilometer (this is standard pricing), and over night accommodations & meals are additional costs (these may be negotiated)
